Job Description

This is an exciting role created within the enterprise group responsible for developing and owning the end-to-end process of Hidrive’s new after sales service function at our Goulburn location. The role will ensure consistent delivery of reliable and value-creating after sales service to Hidrive customers. The position will report to the National Service Manager and will be part of a national service team responsible for promoting and delivering solutions to our customers at each major location. Key Responsibilities Create customers that are Hidrive promoters through providing responsive and reliable after sale service. Grow operating profit from the after-sales revenue opportunities. End-to-end ownership of the complete service work order ‘life-cycle’ process. Support the development of a high-performing after-sales service function. Ensure a consistent high standard of customer service quality. Make timely decisions within areas of authority and responsibility. Warranty management. Participate in training and development. Work closely with operations and revenue teams on service work scoping, planning, costing, scheduling, and ‘on time’ customer delivery. Continually improve the customer service function. Strategic planning and risk management. Collaborate with the entire Hidrive organisation to achieve common objectives. Minimum Requirements (Qualifications and Experience) Technical discipline trade or diploma qualified desirable and extensive product knowledge. 2+ years’ experience in customer service, management, work package scoping.
