Job Summary : We are seeking an initiative-taking and developing leader to join our team as a Site Service Supervisor in the Hunter Valley. As the Site Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing supervision and guidance to a team of technicians while ensuring exceptional delivery of our customer experience. Responsibilities : Manage and provide effective leadership to field service maintenance personnel to ensure efficient delivery of services in a timely manner. Establish clear work requirements / performance expectations for the team members. Ensure compliance with all site accreditations, health and safety policies, and management procedures. Adhere to strict safe working practices and fatigue management guidelines as per site regulations. Promote Multotec supply, service, and products always while maintaining a respectable demeanour. Conduct regular performance evaluations of individual team members against Key Result Areas (KRAs). Train new employees on product applications while emphasizing cost reduction strategies and plant availability goals. Collaborate with sales, service, and administration teams to set procedures / processes for continuous improvement. Protect the reputation of Multotec by addressing any unsatisfactory or unsafe performance within your team. Establish an understanding of the Customers' full requirements that will benefit their needs & Multotec's ongoing relationship as a major supplier. Promote a healthy & ambitious team at all times to reflect Multotec supply to customers' full understanding & commitment to all involved. Daily review outstanding and upcoming service requirements ensuring all necessary information is in the system visible & managed. Consult with FSM teams and shut planning to ensure pre-planned material / processes are available ahead of time. Skills : Demonstrated experience leading a team. A clear and confident communication style with the ability to stay calm under pressure. Strong critical thinking skills and ability to think creatively. Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Sound knowledge of maintenance services in the mining industry. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications. A genuine commitment to safety. Qualifications : Degree, diploma, or Trade in a relevant field is highly desirable. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role. Proven ability to follow directions and work well within a team environment. Capability to pass a pre-employment medical and regular drug and alcohol tests.
