The Role: As a Blast & Paint Supervisor/Foreman , you will: Lead and manage on-site blasting and painting teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Plan and coordinate daily site activities, including materials and equipment. Collaborate with project managers and team members to achieve project goals. Troubleshoot challenges and maintain project timelines. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in blasting and painting operations, with a focus on industrial or infrastructure projects. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate teams. A commitment to workplace safety and quality assurance. Relevant trade qualifications or industry certifications (e.g., abrasive blasting and industrial coatings). Flexibility to adapt to project needs and occasional travel if required.
