We are looking for someone with high-rise residential experience who has overseen multiple projects from start to finish. The Role Responsibilities include: Oversee, manage and deliver projects onsite from beginning to end Effective onsite management of all site resources Delivery of projects safely, efficiently and effectively through meeting the project success criteria of stakeholder relationships Adhere to, improve upon and maintain the construction program Carry out safety audits, toolbox talks Provide practical solutions to daily onsite challenges and obstacles Lead, manage and mentor team members to achieve their full potential Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Values To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience in delivering projects in excess of $100m.
