A Project Manager is sought by an established Tier 3 Builder to manage 2 - 3 retail fit out/refurbishment projects between $1 - 3 million each.The Opportunity: Working for a busy Tier 3 Builder on retail and hospitality fit out and refurbishment projects from $1 million to $3 million. Managing 2 - 3 commercial fit out/refurbishment projects worth $5 - 6 million combined. $150k - $180k package. Immediate start. Long-term permanent opportunity. Western Sydney based. The Company: An established Tier 3 Builder with 25 years trading history, operating in 4 states. T/0 $50 million. Reporting to an office-based Construction Manager, managing Supervisors, CA's, and Cadets. Focus on retail and hospitality projects in the $1 - 3 million range. 30 permanent staff in the business. Opportunity for career advancement in the business. You will have: A Construction Management Degree or similar. Previous project management experience with Principal Commercial Builder in Sydney. Retail fit out/refurb/construction experience highly sought. Procore and MS Project desirable. Experience managing retail/hospitality projects over $500k.
