NXT GIG is seeking an experienced and motivated Small Business Banking Manager to lead our efforts in providing exceptional banking solutions to small businesses. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of banking professionals, developing strategic partnerships, and promoting a full suite of banking products tailored to meet the unique needs of small business clients. You will work collaboratively with your team to foster strong relationships, understand client needs, and offer tailored financial advice. We are looking for a candidate with a deep understanding of small business operations and financial products, along with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of banking professionals focused on delivering exceptional service to small business clients Develop and implement strategies to grow the small business banking portfolio Evaluate customer needs and provide tailored banking solutions that enhance their financial well-being Build and maintain strong relationships with small business clients to foster loyalty and trust Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting small business banking Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional initiatives and enhance customer engagement Monitor team performance and provide coaching to enhance individual and collective achievement Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus Proven experience in banking, with a focus on small business lending or relationship management Strong understanding of financial products and services tailored to small businesses Excellent leadership and team management skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively Proven ability to develop and implement successful business strategies Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess financial data effectively Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Finance and Sales Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
