The Senior Manager, Business Demand and Engagement is responsible for facilitating the implementation and delivery of CAPEX and/or Digital Sales, Service & Marketing projects which will roll out continuous ways to optimise, enhance or improve our digital capability platforms. The role requires extensive vendor management and solid commercial contract & negotiation skills. This channel sells products online and acts as a support function for customer-facing digital assets. With leads and sales targets to achieve, there will be an underlying need to convert awareness into sales and meet numbers. What will you be accountable for and what does success look like? Manage the overall delivery of the Digital capability program & related initiatives, within budget and aligned with the digital transformation strategy. Determine resourcing for programs and projects, onboarding subject matter experts, or engaging external agencies to ensure the best digital resources are on board. Engagement with Marketing, measured through leads and demand generated into the digital funnel. Representation with the mid-market and Enterprise Leadership teams, specifically through participation in initiatives and projects in order to achieve combined outcomes. Engagement with the Enterprise Delivery Organisation (EDO). Administrative duties related to meeting capital/operating costs. Solid business modelling skills and comfortable running budgets & accurate forecasting. Exceptional stakeholder management with an ability to build strong relationships and tailor communication to keep it simple. Proven ability to set up complex Digital Project/Program structures that meet business needs, including recommendations for the use of the best delivery model for the initiative. Experience in Digital (Digital Marketing & ad tech or data-driven marketing highly advantageous). Degree qualified in a Business and/or IT related field.
