Join us as a Social Groups Team Leader and play a key role in leading a dedicated team of staff and volunteers who deliver an engaging program of group activities and meals for seniors. Ensure systems supporting the delivery of care are efficient, well-designed, and operating effectively. Monitor and ensure full implementation of the organisation’s policies and procedures to provide the highest standard of care. Support, guide, and motivate the care workforce, driving continuous improvements in service delivery. About you Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar coordination/program management role. Demonstrated experience in supervising, coordinating and supporting a diverse team of front-line staff. Experience in working within the aged care sector and an understanding of issues relating to older people and their carers. Strong knowledge of, and prior experience working with, CALD community organisations and an understanding of issues and needs of older people from CALD backgrounds. Experience working with client management systems, including data management and reporting. Experience in working with minimal supervision with agreed objectives.
