This is the perfect opportunity for someone with corporate comms and social media experience. You’ll work for a well-known university in their large social media team in a senior advisor role, addressing and overcoming issues and earned media problems. It’s a short-term contract starting ASAP, initially for 6 weeks but it could be extended. Requirements Experience in a corporate communications role publishing content is essential. Earned media and crisis management skills are needed to work with stakeholders to analyse issues, mentions, sentiments, temperature checks and strategise how to approach a resolution. An analytical mindset to research and analyse data and social media trends to identify opportunities using social listening tools.
