As our Social Media Creative and Content Specialist - Global, you’ll be at the forefront of this evolution, creating content that not only inspires but sets trends. You’ll lead the creation of high-quality, trend-savvy content across Breville’s global social platforms. You’ll shoot and edit engaging visuals, manage influencer collaborations, and brief agencies to deliver content that’s on-brand and campaign-ready. Beyond creativity, you’ll collaborate with regional teams, organise a high volume of assets, and keep your finger on the pulse of the latest trends in coffee, food, design, and lifestyle. Key Responsibilities include: Generate innovative, out-of-the-box ideas and bring them to life through hands-on execution. Conceptualise, shoot and edit engaging high-quality social media content tailored to platforms like Instagram and TikTok, with a focus on lo-fi, authentic visuals to grow the brand’s engagement and following. Develop clear, creative briefs for external agencies and provide feedback to ensure delivered content aligns with brand standards and campaign goals. Capture and curate engaging content from PR events, brand activations and industry gatherings. Work closely with the Head of Social, Social Media Specialist and Paid Media Manager to align content plans with campaign priorities, seasonal schedules, viral trends and platform-specific strategies. Develop and maintain systems to manage a high volume of content, including project timelines and asset organisation. Contribute to a cohesive social media strategy that aligns with overall marketing goals. Build strong relationships with regional teams to ensure alignment on global campaigns and content strategies. Be flexible and available for occasional after-hours meetings to accommodate different time zones. We’re Interested in Hearing from People Who Have: 2+ years of social media marketing and/or content creation experience. A natural storyteller with a portfolio showcasing innovative, platform-first ideas that resonate with target audiences. Proven experience in creating high-performing, engaging content for branded social platforms. Deep understanding of current social media trends, platform features, and emerging formats. Be a cultural-tastemaker who has their finger on the pulse of the latest food trends, design trends, and emerging influencers. A passion for food and coffee is highly desirable. Experience with cross-functional collaboration such as internal teams, external agencies or client-facing liaison, and are skilled at creating clear, actionable briefs. The ability to navigate brand guidelines and deliver on business objectives. Proficiency in content editing tools like Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar software.
