That’s where you come in. Role Overview A Social Media & Marketing Executive who doesn’t just post content but builds movements. Someone who gets what makes people stop scrolling, engage, and actually care. Someone who understands the importance of creativity in solving business challenges. This isn’t a “plug-and-play” kind of gig. It’s a make-it-your-own, push-boundaries, and have-a-real-impact kind of role. What You’ll Be Doing Owning Our Social Channels – You’ll run the show across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, FB, IG, Youtube and beyond. Content creation, community building, and engagement? That’s all you. Bringing Our Brand to Life – If it’s clever and gets people talking, we’re all ears. We love ideas that challenge the norm and stand out. Creating for both B2B & B2C Audiences – Whether its businesses looking for better payment solutions or customers chasing cashback rewards, you’ll know how to speak their language. Collaborating & Owning – Some days, you’ll take an idea and run with it. Other days, you’ll work closely with the design, product, or sales team to bring a big idea to life. Tracking & Tweaking – What’s working? What’s not? You’ll keep an eye on performance and use insights to make our content even better. Strategy – Able to revise and create a social media strategy, then implement it. Campaign management – Organising and collaborating on various campaigns. Organic and paid social – Comfortable and knowledgeable around both organic social content, as well as paid social content. Trends – Up to date with the latest trends on all social platforms, if there is a trend you are already on it. Able to rework or adapt trends to make last minute content. Influencer marketing – Sourcing, connecting and building relationships with influencers or content creators to help bring ideas or campaigns to life. Able to negotiate rates, brief them, revise content and then get ready for scheduling. Basic photo and video editing skills – Canva, Capcut or other etc for creating simple / low fi videos and photos for socials. More extensive projects will require brief writing and collaboration with our design team. What We’re Looking For A Social Media Native – You understand how different platforms work, what trends are taking off and how to hijack them. A Self-Starter – You can take a brief and run with it. You’re not waiting for someone to tell you what to do—you just do it. A Great Writer – We want someone who can write like a human, not a corporate bot. A Big Thinker & Detail Doer – You see the big picture but also know that the magic is in the details. Curiosity & Adaptability – We’re in fintech, but you don’t need to be a payments expert. You just need to be hungry to learn. A Bit of a Rebel – We’re a fintech that doesn’t do things the traditional way. If you love breaking conventions and thinking outside the box, you’ll fit right in.
