About The Opportunity As our Social Media and Marketing Officer , you’ll play a key role in bringing health information to parents through engaging video content. You’ll also support broader marketing efforts, to drive awareness and support positive health outcomes. Be the face of healthdirect on video content across TikTok, reels and shorts. Create video content that resonates with parents — whether it’s tips for managing sick kids, health hacks or everyday health that can be managed at home. Manage social media channels — scheduling posts, engaging with audiences and monitoring inboxes. Work with health professionals to deliver trusted, parent-friendly content. Oversee marketing materials — ensuring resources are up to date and liaising with suppliers to ensure collateral is always available. What we’re looking for 3+ years of experience in social media content creation role. Experience creating video for TikTok, Reels or YouTube Shorts, with video editing skills (CapCut). A creative, data-driven mindset with a proactive approach to staying ahead of trends and algorithm changes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams effectively.
