This is your chance to design and build a cutting-edge, dynamic pricing platform that optimises customer energy resources such as solar, batteries and EVs. You'll create impactful, high-frequency forecasting models and scalable systems that transform energy management by leveraging a state-of-the-art technology stack, including machine learning, Python-based pipelines, APIs and cloud platforms like Azure. As the technical leader of a highly skilled team, you’ll deliver innovative solutions, guide software architecture decisions, build and mentor a team of developers and collaborate with cross-functional experts to bring groundbreaking ideas to life. Minimum Requirements To be successful, you will possess a strong educational foundation; either a bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another closely related field. You will have a proven track record of delivering complex software solutions, with deep expertise in Python-based backend systems, API development and building efficient data pipelines. Hands-on experience with containerised applications using Docker and a solid understanding of machine learning workflows, particularly for high-frequency forecasting, are also essential for success in this role.
