About the role We are seeking an experienced Professional Services Consultant to join our dedicated team, delivering our POS/ERP solutions and services to the automotive aftermarket industry. In this role, you will provide solutions consultancy to our existing clients, manage system implementations, and engage with new and prospective customers. This position offers a dynamic work environment, with responsibilities split between working on-site at client locations (both within Australia and potentially overseas, as needed) and working remotely from home or our offices. You will play an active role in all stages of the Megabus implementation lifecycle , including pre- and post-implementation consultancy. You’ll collaborate closely with a talented team of sales, development, and technical services professionals. As a Professional Services Consultant , you’ll be an essential contributor to our organisation, helping clients unlock the full value of our products. A creative problem solver, you embrace a diverse range of tasks—from straightforward solutions to complex challenges—ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for our clients. Key Duties & Responsibilities Provide consulting, implementation and training services to our clients Manage multiple and simultaneous tasks and deliverables to ensure successful implementation of solutions to our clients Use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, provide presentations and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate solutions into the clients' business Conduct post-implementation review and lessons learnt sessions to continuously improve process Provide pre-sales assistance to client prospects in conjunction with members of the Sales team Assist with the development and implementation of strategies/goals of the Professional Services team Prepare and provide consulting reports in agreed timelines and within appropriate and agreed timeframes Highly Regarded Hold 2+ years experience implementing Point of Sale or ERP applications Willingness to travel to customer locations (local, interstate & abroad) Strong level of skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Windows and Office (Excel) Experience in the Automotive Aftermarket an advantage Possession of a relevant formal tertiary qualification in either Business/Commerce or IT related discipline Demonstrated ability to always be searching for better ways and to achieve best practice Demonstrated excellent presentation and communication skills If you’re passionate about contributing to our vision of empowering tyre and mechanical workshops to seamlessly integrate and manage every aspect of their operations, we’d love to hear from you.
