Key Responsibilities: Construction and assembly of photovoltaic (PV) solar arrays, including structural and mechanical installations. Perform civil works such as trenching, underground conduit installation, and backfilling. Pull and organize electrical cables for solar installations (note: cable termination is not required). Operate heavy machinery, including diggers, forklifts, and trucks, as required for site preparation and construction. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Collaborate with other team members to ensure project timelines are achieved. What We’re Looking For: Experience in building and construction, preferably as a carpenter, cabinet maker, or similar trade. Valid licenses and certifications. Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and the ability to work in outdoor environments. A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
