Your Impact: Design and Optimize: Design solar rooftops and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) using software such as OpenSolar. Technical Expertise: Conduct thorough technical analyses of solar panels, inverters, mounting systems, EV chargers, and other components. Engineering Documentation: Develop comprehensive single-line diagrams, voltage rise calculations, and others. Grid Connection and Compliance: Secure grid connection authorizations. Energy Certificates: Request and manage energy certificates applications. Project Leadership: Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Quality Assurance: Supervise installations to maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Client Collaboration: Provide technical support to the sales and marketing teams, fostering new customer relationships. Performance Monitoring: Implement and manage O&M strategies, proactively addressing performance issues and troubleshooting. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Installation teams to achieve company goals. What You'll Bring: Proven experience (1+ years) in solar energy engineering, including system design and maintenance. Proficiency in PV and electrical design, with hands-on experience using solar design software. Knowledge of Australian solar industry regulations and standards (e.g., AS/NZS 4777). Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Why Join Us?
