Resolve Recruit is partnering with a key Commonwealth Government agency to find skilled and motivated Solution Architects . In this role, you will lead the design and development of scalable, secure and cost-effective IT solutions that align with the organisation’s business objectives. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in specialised domains, including Cyber and Technical and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Case Management . You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration, strong security measures and future-proof enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement scalable, secure and cost-effective architectural solutions that align with business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders , including business leaders, developers and IT professionals, to deliver valuable technology solutions . Provide technical leadership to development teams , ensuring adherence to best practices in architecture, coding and system design. Lead architecture and design phases of IT projects , ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on time and within budget. Create and maintain architectural documentation , ensuring compliance with organisational standards and regulatory requirements. Research and evaluate emerging technologies , recommending innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Design and optimise system integrations across platforms , ensuring interoperability and seamless data flow. Implement security best practices , embedding risk mitigation strategies into all architectural designs. Monitor and enhance system performance , ensuring reliability, availability and scalability of IT solutions. Work within agile frameworks , collaborating across teams to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Skills and Experience Proven expertise in solution architecture and system design , including security, integration, and modern data models. Experience working with cloud platforms , including AWS, Azure or Google Cloud. Strong background in at least one of the following domains :Cyber and Technical – secure system design and risk management. CRM Case Management – design and implementation of CRM solutions, preferably Salesforce or similar platforms. Proficiency in integration architecture , including iPaaS, API Gateways, ETL and ESB technologies (REST, JSON). Experience in identity management and authentication technologies , including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and single sign-on (SSO). Strong stakeholder engagement skills , with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a range of audiences. Analytical and problem-solving mindset , with the ability to address challenges in system architecture and design. Ability to manage competing priorities , ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
