Solution Implementation Consultant / Business Analyst EdTech (Australia) We are looking for an experienced Solution Implementation Consultant / Senior Business Analyst who is passionate about designing and delivering solutions that drive value and meet customer needs. Global IT Factory is a rapidly growing Australian SaaS company providing information technology solutions in the education technology domain. Our mission is to enable educational organisations to improve the student experience, acquisition and retention through agile production and management of compelling, high-quality curriculum offerings. You will join a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work with our cross-functional global team to implement SaaS solutions for our customers in the Education sector. You will work closely with the sales and project delivery teams to manage client expectations, ensuring the client is engaged and has a positive experience. Ideally, you will be based in Melbourne, but we also encourage suitable interstate candidates to apply. Your responsibilities Gain a deep understanding of the customer’s needs. Become adept in their terminology and key business processes. Gain a deep understanding of Global IT Factory products and best practices with respect to product configuration, integration, and data migration. You will be part of our SaaS implementation project team, working closely with customers to define relevant business processes and information models informing the configuration of our SaaS solution. As a subject matter expert, assist customers with necessary business change management, product training, configuration, integration, and legacy data migration. Lead/facilitate customer workshops and training sessions. Be able to present to customers at all levels of management confidently. Based on customer requirements, identify and clearly articulate any product feature gaps for possible inclusion in the product roadmap. Manage multiple high-touch customer relationships. Re-engage, when necessary, with customers post-implementation to execute new or previously identified initiatives that may require additional technical configuration and/or change management coordination. Conduct value-focused product demonstrations tailored to customer requirements through onsite visits and online presentations. Support the sales team to position our product as the preferred solution in pre-sales conversations. About You: You have the ability to present and engage with customers and internal teams in both technical and management roles. Ideally, you will have a good appreciation of the Tertiary Education (HE and VET) business domain, and you will have a broad understanding of the EdTech IT landscape, or you will demonstrate an ability to rapidly obtain expertise through your previous work experience. Experience in using tools such as Jira and Confluence. You enjoy working flexible hours to accommodate communication across different time zones. You are customer-focused, and you understand how to balance short-term relationship imperatives with the ultimate goal of delivering the expected outcomes to our clients.
