As a Specialist Accounts Receivable Officer at ORIX, you'll take charge of your own accounts, making sure invoicing, payment allocation, and reconciliation are accurate and on time. You’ll also have the chance to connect with customers, answer their queries, and build strong, lasting relationships! Included In What You'll Do: Generate and process invoices (paper and electronic) and upload data via customer portals. Reconcile customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments. Handle payment allocations, credit notes, and manual adjustments. Provide friendly and professional customer service. Maintain compliance with internal processes and industry standards. What You Have: Previous experience in Accounts Receivable. Experience in the leasing or finance industry. Strong reconciliation, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, data sourcing, and Lookups. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. High level of attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
