Our Bequests and Mid Value Donor Programs provide us a significant revenue stream to allow us to carry out this important work. About the role This role will help execute the bequest and mid value donor stewardship and retention strategy with the aim of increasing financial support, deepening relationships with bequestors and mid value donors, and building a robust pipeline. A key responsibility will be stewarding relationships to maximise retention rates, conversion and ongoing support. You will work with Senior Fundraising Managers and the Senior Specialist – Bequests and other relevant stakeholders to assist in executing the strategies set for conversion and cultivation of donors. Working within a KPI framework, you will need to operate within a strategic approach to ensure the portfolio's future development. What you will bring Sound interpersonal and relationship building skills and respectful ways of working Demonstrated experience in retention and stewardship management. Sound collaboration, presentation and leadership skills. The ability to role model excellent behaviours and foster accountability, passion, and trust in the team. Analytical skills and demonstrated ability to assess, evaluate and solve problems and exercise initiative and judgment where practices and procedures are not clearly defined. A commitment to the Fundamental Principles of Red Cross. Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office tools, such as Outlook, Word, and Excel and the aptitude to learn new systems, including CRMs, quickly Proven successful experience stewarding customers/donors.
