Job Description Are you a Senior Speech Pathologist who has a passion for working with people with neurodevelopmental or neurological conditions? Do you have a willingness to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team? In this role, you will be working with people with developmental and acquired neurological conditions, and disabilities including developmental delay, autism, cerebral palsy, and intellectual disability. We are seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist with full-time availability. We are committed to your career growth and have established career pathways to accommodate your interests. The Career Pathways we have developed allow team members the options across three different streams:- Management – for those interested in leading and managing a team of therapists- Education - students/supervision and in-service preparations- Clinical Passion - becoming an expert in a specific treatment technique/s Desired Skills and Experience Requirements Bachelor of Speech Pathology or equivalent and current membership with Speech Pathology Australia. Demonstrated commitment to family-centred approaches. Driver's license. Internet access (for times you decide to work from home!). Successful candidates are required to undertake a Police Check, Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screen Check. Experience working within the NDIS framework. Competencies in VFSS highly desirable. Minimum 4 years experience.
