We are seeking a qualified professional to join our team full-time, delivering exceptional speech therapy services to our diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities: Therapeutic Intervention: Develop and implement evidence-based therapy programs tailored to individual needs, focusing on enhancing communication skills across various environments, including home, school, and community settings. Collaborative Practice: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate client management, consult with external agencies, and provide workshops and support to families and caregivers. Professional Development: Contribute to and participate in professional learning opportunities, including counseling, speech reading, and other relevant programs. Clinical Excellence: Demonstrate advanced-level practice in one or more clinical areas, with the potential to manage and support clinical services or teams. Assessment and Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children and adults, addressing a wide range of speech and language disorders. Requirements: Educational Background: Approved degree in Speech Therapy with current or pending registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) Board. Certifications: Valid Police Clearance, Working with Children Check, NDIS Screening Check, First Aid/CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on clinical experience in a practice setting is essential. Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
