Our trusted Aspect Therapy team aim to support and empower individuals on the spectrum and their families/support network to bring about meaningful change based on functional goals. We work in partnership with the individual and their families/support network to identify strengths, areas of need, and develop support strategies that build capabilities and work with participant's interests. We meet participants in their community setting to work on transferrable skills that shape their everyday lives. Our Graduate Program Includes A structured induction and training program A combination of self-paced and guided modules covering introduction to the organisation to working with clients Joint and shadow visits as you learn the ropes An informative webinar series covering the latest evidence-based research Child protection and safeguarding training An Introduction to Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Strong individualised support and supervision structure with both a clinical and operational focus tailored to your learning needs Qualifications What you bring: Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy/ Speech pathology Eligible for membership with the AHPRA (OT only) Willingness to obtain Speech Pathology Australia membership (speech only) Current driver’s licence, use of own vehicle for business purposes (reimbursed per km) and willingness to travel across your local community NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance Working with Children Check for paid employment for the state you reside in NDIS Worker Orientation Module ‘Quality, Safety and You’ certificate. If you have not already completed the free module, click here to access it. You may be required to provide an international police clearance What We Offer $81k to $85,000k p.a.
