Opportunities Available NDIS Speech Pathologist Occupational Therapist Allied Health Assistants About the Role In these roles, you'll work closely with NDIS participants of all ages to provide assessments, develop personalized therapy plans, and deliver effective interventions in home and community settings. This is your chance to create meaningful connections and promote positive change in clients’ lives. What We’re Looking For Speech Pathologist : Bachelor’s/Master’s in Speech Pathology or Communication Sciences; registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA). Occupational Therapist : Degree in Occupational Therapy; current registration with AHPRA. Experience working with NDIS participants (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Compassionate, patient, and committed to empowering others. Familiarity with AAC devices and diverse communication needs (Speech Pathologist). Key Responsibilities Conduct in-home assessments tailored to participant needs. Develop, implement, and monitor therapy plans aligned with NDIS goals. Deliver therapy sessions in homes and community settings. Collaborate with families, support workers, and other professionals. Provide resources and education to families about NDIS processes. Document progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines.
