Splunk Engineer – Canberra Are you an experienced Splunk Engineer looking for your next opportunity? A key government department is seeking a skilled professional to support enterprise monitoring functions. This role involves working with Splunk ITSI to enhance monitoring capabilities, improve service reliability, and reduce system disruptions. With a 12-month initial contract and two possible 12-month extensions, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and a passion for enterprise monitoring.Key Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and continuously improve Splunk ITSI for enterprise monitoring. Onboard new services into Splunk ITSI, including service decomposition and testing. Create and maintain Splunk ITSI dashboarding solutions and reporting. Collaborate with technical teams and service partners to drive system improvements. Key Criteria: Proven experience in Splunk ITSI development, configuration, and integration. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Experience working within large enterprise ICT environments. Australian Citizenship with a current Baseline Security Clearance.
