Sponsorship & Community Activation Manager Sydney, NSW, Australia Trending Job Description Permanent Sydney Location Hybrid working opportunity How will I help? The Sponsorship Manager will work with the Head of Sponsorship & Senior Sponsorship Manager on the creation of compelling leverage campaigns that support our business and marketing objectives. This role will oversee the execution of the sponsorship leverage programs including being across the end-to-end aspects of the campaign including post campaign reporting to capture results, key learnings and feedback. Key Responsibilities: Create and support the execution of world class sponsorship strategies and plans Assist with the setting of campaign objectives for each partnership using data and analytics to determine deliverables Manage third party relationships (e.g. agency relationships, partners) with quarterly/half yearly check point meetings auditing the delivery of benefits Adherence to Operational Risk Management Framework and Compliance Management Framework Ensure KPIs & metrics of success is defined for all campaigns What do I need? The successful candidate will have: Experience in developing sponsorship, community and brand strategies Understanding of the sponsorship landscape including market trends, values, and best practices Ability to multitask and be confident to prioritise key deliverables and programs Demonstrated ability to think commercially & creatively to engage our audience. Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills & ability to influence outcomes. Excellent communication skills with a positive and collaborative attitude What’s it like to work there?
