Your role: We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Spray Equipment Sales and Service Manager to join our team in a dynamic role that blends sales expertise with leadership across spray centers in the Sydney Metro area. This evolving position emphasizes driving sales, managing teams, and leading spray technicians in spray centers. You’ll work closely with both individual operators and commercial clients, promoting and selling spray machines and accessories while leveraging your sales and leadership skills to drive growth. As a key player in this role, you will have the opportunity to lead spray technicians, overseeing their development and ensuring smooth operations across various spray centers. This position allows you to make an impact through leadership, customer engagement, and collaborative growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Ensure customer needs are met and build long-lasting relationships, focusing on maintaining high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion, contributing to the company’s growth. Collaborate closely with the field sales team to drive sales efforts, support target achievement, and align strategies. Lead customer, store, and workshop training initiatives to ensure stakeholders are fully equipped with product knowledge and service expertise. Manage a team of four spray technicians, overseeing their daily activities and fostering a high-performance environment across spray centers. Skills & Experience: Strong background in business development or customer management, with a proven ability to drive sales and expand market presence. Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing teams and leading training initiatives. Knowledge of the spray equipment industry or a willingness to learn and undergo training. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
