They are a global investor working with leading organisations to access the best investment opportunities.With a strong commitment to innovation and collaboration, they foster an environment where professionals can contribute meaningfully, think strategically, and grow their careers while making a real impact.The Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Analyst, PMO to join the Project Services team, which supports the provision of program and project management services across the organisation. Reporting to the Senior Manager, PMO, this role plays a critical part in ensuring the efficient delivery of strategic programs. The PMO team provides governance, reporting, insights, resource management, risk and issue management, and quality assurance to support the organisation’s project delivery framework.Key Responsibilities Support and contribute to the development and adoption of project frameworks, governance structures, and tools. Analyse and coordinate portfolio-level tracking against key performance indicators. Report on schedules, deliverables, dependencies, budgets, risks, issues, and benefits. Foster a high-performance team environment and provide excellent customer service. Identify and implement continual service improvement practices. Provide PMO support to Program and Project Managers as required. About You The ideal candidate will be a qualified professional with extensive PMO experience and current project management certifications such as PMBOK or Agile. Key skills and experience include: High proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience with tools such as MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, and Objective. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including both waterfall and agile approaches. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders, including executives, managers, and external partners. Practical knowledge of project delivery lifecycles, methodologies, governance practices, and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools. Excellent communication skills with an ability to tailor messages for different audiences and build constructive relationships at all levels. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under demanding deadlines and minimal supervision. Adaptability, accountability, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Must be an Australian citizen to be considered for this role. Why Join?
