We specialize in Kitchen Exhaust Systems, HVAC Systems, Mould Remediation, Indoor Air Quality Assessments, medical Hygiene Solutions, Food Storage and Distribution, Hard Surface Cleaning and Coatings, Gutter Cleaning and Building Services. Due to company growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Supervisor/Manager to join our team to assist with leading and managing our South Australia Operations. As the Operations Supervisor/Manager, you will be responsible for: Daily Operations - manage existing contracted works and local customer relationships, site audits and job completion reports. Project Management - supervise and complete projects on time and on budget, job scheduling, quoting, job completion reports, job audits, risk assessments. Customer Service – key point of contact for clients, understanding customer expectations, complaint management and resolution. Leadership – manage/supervise the Service Team and provide ongoing training and development. Business Development – assist with establishing new customer relationships, B2B sales, follow up potential new clients. Continuous Improvement - drive continual improvement of processes and procedures. This is a senior leadership role; however, you will also be required from time to time to roll up your sleeves and assist the team with industrial cleaning duties. This will include afterhours and weekend responsibilities, as Exiis operates 24 hours a day, and it is expected that you manage your time and workload appropriately. About You Our ideal candidate has had previous experience in a cleaning, facility service, or trade-based role, leading and mentoring a team and providing exceptional customer service. You will also have/be: Extensive end-to-end project management experience, including using Microsoft Dynamics (or a similar software). Proven experience with business development and B2B sales. Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items. Demonstrated ability to multitask and maintain a high workload. Ability to work and remain level-headed in a high-paced environment. Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members. Possess excellent presentation and communication skills (written and oral). You will also be reliable, have the ability to work productively in a team environment, be hard-working, self-sufficient, and demonstrate a friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
