IMMEDIATE START POSITION! We have an opening for a dynamic and hands-on QLD State Operations Project Manager to work within our Dream Courts business, based at our Brisbane (Pinkenba) office. We are looking for a motivated, skilled, confident trade manager with a passion for Sports and Courts. About the Role This is a great opportunity for an experienced Operations Project Manager to join our innovative team and demonstrate your enthusiasm to manage the construction of Sports Courts across all types of surfaces and sizes. Your purpose is to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day residential and commercial site inspections of prospective customers. You will ensure all jobs in your state run smoothly from beginning to end, acting as the point of contact between Dream Courts and customers, arranging mutually agreeable times for site visits, and providing recommendations on court layout, civil works, and timeframes. You will measure and prepare notes on site, including draft sketches of court layout and civil works. You are passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer experience and will drive the delivery of all KPIs. The successful candidate will perform a wide variety of operations, site inspections, and customer-facing communications, and will be someone who loves getting involved across all aspects of the business from coordinating trades/civils to meeting and presenting Dream Courts products to our prospective customers. Duties include Provide ongoing support to our leaders to help grow their respective business areas and increase profitability. Conduct site inspections of prospective clients. Oversee and assist on current projects ensuring all jobs run smoothly from beginning to end. Create a positive, fun, and people/customer-focused culture. Continuously support and lead our vision, growth, and culture strategies. Provide support in areas including operations, people and culture, and customer engagement. Live by our values and behaviors every day and set the standard for our team. Provide leadership to the team and effectively manage our people resources. Identify and assist with all new strategic sales initiatives. Maximize all sales opportunities and create a supportive, collaborative, and learning environment for all. Skills & Experience You will be someone who has the ability and enjoys multi-tasking across multiple projects and reacts positively to often shifting or competing priorities. Requirements Employment experience as an Installer/Carpenter/Landscaper. Reliable, respectful, and friendly with a positive attitude. Hands-on individual with a strong work ethic. Excellent attention to detail with high-level lateral thinking skills. Excellent people interaction skills with the ability to build strong relationships. Extensive industry knowledge in sporting, leisure, education, and retail in a hands-on environment. Experience within the landscaping industry would be an advantage. Driver's Licence.
