You will be a key member of our stores and warehousing team in supporting Ventia’s Defence National Clothing Store Services contract in Enoggera, QLD. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic team player with a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills. Your role will involve: Greeting and assisting customers at the store's counter Using computer systems to process orders, update inventory, and manage transactions accurately Receiving, checking, and acquitting stock under supervision Packing stock and preparing it for dispatch Inspecting and accepting returned items Minimum Requirements: Previous experience in customer service, warehouse, or retail roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems to process transactions and update stock records Ability to work effectively in a team and customer service environment High attention to detail and strong time management skills Benefits: • Competitive hourly rate of $26.60 per hour + Super• A supportive and inclusive work environment• Access to our VenPerks employee benefit program provides discounts with 450 retailers, Australia-wide, including Woolworths, Coles, Booking.com and Expedia• Access to a variety of health and wellbeing initiatives including discounted health insurance, and our employee assistance program Must be eligible to hold a Defence baseline security clearance.
