About the Client: Our client is a well-known retail powerhouse of brands starting up a new BRAND. The brand will encompass lingerie, sleepwear, and beauty products, opening in April/May 2025 in Werribee. Beautifully presented to offer a special arrangement of products and a customer experience unlike any other. To be successful in this role: The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence with a customer-centric attitude. Responsibilities: Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability. Hire, train, and assess store employees' productivity and performance. Maintain an orderly, presentable appearance of the store. Oversee stock and store operations. Qualifications: High school education or equivalent experience. 2+ years of store management experience. Customer-centric with a positive attitude.
