Job Summary: We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving customer engagement and ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our services. The ideal candidate will have around five years of experience in business development and account management within the travel and/or payment industry. Key Responsibilities: Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and opportunities within the travel sector. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to expand our product and service offerings to meet their evolving needs. Sales Growth: Develop and execute account-specific business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets, focusing on sustainable growth. Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to provide insights that inform account strategies. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions to clients. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitable partnerships. Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, maintaining clear and effective communication to ensure client satisfaction. Client Retention: Develop strategies to enhance client loyalty and retention through exceptional service and value delivery.
