How will you make a difference Drive New Business - Identify and secure new opportunities within existing and targeted strategic accounts. Build Strong Relationships - Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders in client accounts to enhance collaboration and trust. Lead Sales Initiatives - Take charge of strategic sales efforts, ensuring effective implementation to maximize revenue and growth. Innovate with New Offerings - Introduce and promote new products and services from our expanding LRQA portfolio to meet client needs. Contribute to Bids - Play an integral role in strategic bids, contributing expertise and insights to the bidding process. Local Leadership - Serve as a local lead for strategic accounts, partnering with Global Account Managers (GAMs) to drive sales and maximize pipeline opportunities. Achieve Performance Goals - Focus on retention, revenue growth, and new client acquisition as key performance indicators for your success. Develop Strategic Plans - Create and execute comprehensive account plans that align with our group growth objectives, optimizing revenue opportunities. Manage Pipelines - Ensure a strong and growing pipeline by collaborating with regional/global teams. What will you bring Demonstrable experience of achieving annual sales targets, selling products and services in a comparable role in a B2B environment. Proven experience of working with large strategic organizations to develop sales solutions. Demonstrable experience of developing contract values with large accounts through year-on-year double digit growth. Experience in preparing and delivering proposal presentations to senior-level audiences. Experience in managing quotations, bids, and proposals, including knowledge of pricing strategies to achieve required margin. Knowledge of the business assurance sector is highly advantageous but not essential.
