Your new role Reporting to the Director of Senior Services, this role will work with the key contributors of the business to further develop their strategy and assist to accelerate new growth and transformation for the Home and Community Care (HACC) service stream. This role will be a dynamic, connected, and confident leader, that brings excellent credibility from their many years in growing service-based businesses. They will empower the team to ensure a significant impact on identifying and executing on new or emerging growth areas for the business unit and capitalising on new market opportunities, whilst consolidating and extending existing customer relationships and partnerships. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role you will ideally have the following attributes: Tertiary or other relevant qualifications and / or demonstrated experience in sales/marketing with leadership experience in the aged or disability sector. Experience in market research and analysis, and the ability to use insights to inform business development activities and targets. Demonstrated experience in business development and building new relationships, partnerships and customer bases. Ability to operate strategically with an ability to problem solve, support and understand challenges at the operational level. Proven stakeholder relationship management skills, and ability to build relationships and strategic partnerships with stakeholders. Strong organisational, negotiation and project management skills.
