Key Responsibilities: Network Engagement: Utilize your comprehensive network at the CXO/Founder/Partner level to identify potential business opportunities, advocating for SolveCube’s unique value proposition in the market. Lead Generation: Proactively generate and pursue leads, translating connections into actionable business outcomes. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships, characterized by mutual trust and a deep understanding of partner business needs. Learning and Advocacy: Commit to understanding and championing SolveCube’s products and services, particularly our blended workforce solutions, which encompass short-term, part-time, contractual, and permanent roles. Results-Oriented: Drive initiatives with energy and accountability, aiming to exceed targets through strategic foresight and operational excellence. Requirements: You are a mature expert, looking for a second career, with a successful track record as a business or functional leader. You have built relationships and a wide network of CXOs, Founders and Partners over the years. You are energetic, organized and excited to associate with start-ups to partner in their growth. Proven Experience: Extensive experience in leadership roles with a reasonable track record of business growth and willingness to reconnect with your network. Strategic Acumen: Strong understanding of business strategies and the ability to align them with People strategy and solutions. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing them. Adaptability and Drive: High energy, adaptable, and results-driven professional who is prepared to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
