Overview This role is ideal for someone passionate about fostering relationships, driving results, and contributing to mutual growth. Initially 25 hours per week with the opportunity to increase as we grow. The Client Account Manager plays a critical role in building and nurturing strong, mutually beneficial relationships with both existing and new partners. This position oversees onboarding, renewal processes, and strategic initiatives to maximise partnership value. The Account Manager ensures every collaboration meets or exceeds expectations through tailored marketing strategies, industry-specific insights, and performance monitoring. While marketing and sales experience is preferred, it is not essential. Key Responsibilities Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, building and maintaining strong relationships. Regularly communicate with partners to ensure satisfaction and promptly address concerns. Collaborate with partners to understand their business objectives and provide tailored support. Onboarding & Renewal Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration into company systems. Manage renewal processes, including discussions, proposal preparation, and contract finalisation. Partnership Development Work closely with the Business Development Manager to identify and secure new opportunities. Provide expert advice on marketing materials tailored to each partner’s industry. Ensure successful execution of partnership inclusions and deliverables. Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with partner goals and objectives. Monitor, evaluate, and refine marketing campaigns to ensure optimal performance. Use data-driven insights to improve strategies and share reports demonstrating partnership value. Performance & Reporting Track and report on all partnership marketing activities, including engagement, ROI, and campaign success. Provide partners with regular performance updates and identify areas for improvement. Utilise CRM systems and reporting tools to manage accounts effectively. Problem-Solving & Growth Proactively identify opportunities to enhance partner satisfaction and strengthen relationships. Manage and resolve any challenges to ensure long-term success and growth. Key Skills & Attributes Proven experience in a similar role. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. Highly motivated to exceed expectations and deliver results. Sales-driven, with a results-oriented approach and the ability to take initiative. Proficiency in CRM systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.
