Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Free onsite parking at the Remote Operational Centre (ROC) 12 month secondment Multiple Benefits for all employees applicable to all facets of their life About the role: The Strategic Programs team is currently seeking a Strategic Program Coordinator to join them on a Monday-Friday roster based at Perth for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract . Reporting to the Manager Strategic Programs, you will be responsible for providing support to and working closely with the Program Manager and Program Team to coordinate, prepare and maintain the program Teams Channel, schedules, information, presentations and reports. Duties: Maintain and assist in managing project management documentation and tools such as the project plan, budget, schedule, Service Now. Liaise with stakeholders to maintain progress, gather data and information, address their needs and maintain project timelines, reports and tools. Ensure team members are aware of their tasks and deliverables for project milestones. Schedule stakeholder meetings and initiate required documentation, reports, presentations etc. required for meetings. Monitor delivery requirement progress and support program manager and team with presentation and reporting. Assist with resource scheduling/delivery so that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks. Facilitate communication between the program manager, team and stakeholders throughout the program life cycle. Support change management requirements and information, including early drafting of communications and presentations. Execute administrative and financial tasks as required, such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other financial documents. Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field. Project management certifications: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar is required. Demonstrated experience in program coordination. Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle. Perth ROC Facilities: Free on-site parking at remote operational centre (ROC).
