About the Role As a Strategy & Proposition Marketing Manager working on ANZ Plus Home Loans you’re responsible for designing and building customer journeys that deliver personalised 1:1 experiences to acquire, engage and retain ANZ Plus Home Loan customers, which contributes to achievement of agreed objectives. Role Location: Flexible across Melbourne and Sydney Role Type: 6-month Fixed Term contract, can be extended depends on business needs What will your day look like? Developing & delivering integrated 1-1 below the line personalised experiences. Analyse and segment data to establish key target audiences for campaigns including inclusion and exclusion criteria. Define the customer journey and build out best in class messaging that’s relevant for the channel. Develop ongoing test and learn framework cross channels to optimise to incremental sales, product usage, and retention. Measuring, optimising, and stopping campaigns based on key performance metrics. Work with creative / production / agencies and partners to develop and productionise campaign messaging. Work with our product owners and capability team to develop and operationalise new personalisation capabilities. Work with product and marketing stakeholders to deliver propositions via personalised channels, leveraging new-to-bank marketing technology and capability, to establish best practice guidelines and frameworks for working. What will you bring? To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Extensive data-driven campaign experience including the ability to lead end-to-end design, delivery and management of 1-1 integrated marketing communications which drive customer engagement. Experience with sourcing and analysing data and drawing insights. You’ll be able to turn insights into action by generating campaign ideas, assessing desirability, feasibility and viability of the ideas. You’ll be able to prioritise which ideas will deliver the marketing and portfolio strategy and their respective commercial outcomes. Experience in analysing the performance of campaigns, developing recommendations for optimisation, and executing optimisations at pace. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience in working with creative agency and in-house partners to develop campaign creative, messaging, ensuring alignment to brand guidelines, tone of voice and strategic objectives. Strong stakeholder management and experience working with a cross functional team to understand existing processes and journeys and deliver to a communication plan within required timeframes. This includes experience working with data and analytics team to enable segmentation and implement trigger-based campaigns. Comprehensive understanding of a range of problem-solving techniques with an ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity. An interest in understanding and being involved in the implementation and management of digital analytics and personalisation tools. You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
