About the Role As a Strategy & Proposition Marketing Manager working on ANZ Plus Home Loans you’ll be responsible for developing the strategy and working with delivery teams to deliver acquisition and engagement initiatives across all channels (Above-The-Line (ATL), 1:1 and Digital) which contributes to achievement of agreed objectives. Role Type: 6-month Fixed term, can be extended depends on business needsRole Location: Flexible across Melbourne and Sydney What will your day look like? Developing & delivering ATL and integrated 1-1 below the line initiatives. Writing initiative briefs, working collaboratively with stakeholders to review creative and seek approval, as well as managing go-to-market processes and communications. Writing campaign and data briefs, developing test and learn frameworks, reviewing creative and seeking approval from stakeholders, and managing go-to-market processes and communications. Measuring, optimising, and stopping campaigns based on key performance metrics. Working with creative / production / agencies and partners to develop and productionise campaign messaging. What will you bring? To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: An all-rounder with experience across both data driven 1:1 campaigns and ATL campaigns. Experience with sourcing and analysing data and drawing insights to generate campaign ideas and assess desirability, feasibility, and viability. Experience in analysing campaign performance, developing recommendations for optimisation, and executing optimisations at pace. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in working with creative agency and in-house partners to develop campaign creative and messaging. Strong stakeholder management and experience working with cross-functional teams to understand existing processes and deliver to a communication plan within required timeframes. Comprehensive understanding of a range of problem-solving techniques with the ability to multi-task and adapt to change. Experience using JIRA and Confluence.
