About the Role As a Strategy & Proposition Marketing Analytics Manager working on ANZ Plus Home Loans you’re responsible for leading marketing analytics to create a marketing metrics dashboard, integrate marketing metrics into business reporting funnels and supporting performance, optimisation and reporting tasks. Role Location: Flexible across Melbourne and SydneyRole Type: 6-month Fixed Term, can be extended depending on business needs What will your day look like? Creation and management of marketing performance dashboard (including internal and 3rd party data) Integrate key marketing data into business data funnels across acquisition and engagement metrics, automated and exported to Tableau Ongoing collaboration with Product Teams to analyse impact of marketing acquisition and engagement activity on home loans performance (including Branch IO) Analyse results and draw insights to input into campaign inflight reporting and PIRs. Analyse ANZ, industry and competitor data trends to identify opportunities to drive incremental growth through proposition and campaign activity. Developing Business Cases for opportunities What will you bring? To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Hands-on experience with Tableau, Adobe Analytics and Target, BranchIO or similar tools. Knowledge of web analytics and digital marketing/advertising fundamentals Commercial literacy, ability to understand and articulate business drivers and levers Experience integrating and aggregating data from disparate sources to uncover insights Data visualisation and dashboarding skills, and experience using tools and languages such as SAS, SQL, Python, VBA, Qlik, Excel (Advanced) Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, and the ability to provide action-oriented recommendations Natural communicator, ability to convey complex insights to a non-technical audience High-level ability to interpret data to answer business requirements, inform product decisions and consumer behaviour questions A coaching mindset, able to bring people on a journey and help them grow An interest in understanding and being involved in the implementation and management of digital analytics and personalisation tools You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
