Structured Finance Associate (CLO's) - (2-5 PQE) - US firm We are working with a US law firm on a position within their highly regarded Structured Finance team focusing largely on CLO's (Collateral Loan Obligations). You will be part of the wider Structured Finance team working on a caseload weighted towards CLO matters which includes both 'cashflow' and synthetic total return structures. You will work with underwriters, issuers, portfolio managers, and other large financial institutions. You will receive industry-leading training, Partner contact within a highly commended practice, which boasts leading lawyers across the globe.
