Job Description
This business is one of Australia’s most dynamic mid-tier civil mining construction companies operating at a national level. On the civil side, they handle a broad range of projects including ground works, earthworks, major roads, bridges, pipelines, bulk earthworks, and more. As the head contractor, they are managing subcontractors, piling crews, and self-performing structures. This is a high-profile job that requires a professional with experience delivering large concrete structures on TMR projects at a Supervisor level. The highest level of safety is required while supervising: Leading Hands, Formworkers, Steel Fixers, and direct Labour. As Structures Foreman, you will run your section of the project while reporting to the Superintendent and liaising with Engineers. Your duties include: Workplace Health & Safety initiatives Liaise closely with Management Ensure time & cost objectives are met for project deliverables We are looking for an experienced Structures Foreman to deliver medium scale concrete packages while coordinating steel fixers, form workers, and site staff. #J-18808-Ljbffr
