As a Student Services Officer , you’ll play a crucial role in supporting students through their academic journey, ensuring they receive the best possible experience. About the Role Based in Sydney and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this role is at the frontline of student engagement. You’ll provide high-quality customer service to students, assisting with a range of enquiries, handling administrative tasks and supporting compliance processes to ensure smooth student services operations. What You’ll Do Deliver exceptional customer service via face-to-face, email, chat, and phone interactions. Assist students with enrolments, credit transfers, refunds, course extensions, leave requests, and payments. Support compliance-related tasks, including PRISMS data entry and VEVO enquiries. Contribute to survey management and student engagement initiatives. Provide administrative assistance to the COO as needed. Ensure adherence to health and safety procedures, promptly reporting hazards or incidents. What You Bring Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
