About the Role Position of Leadership POL 2 Full Time Student Wellbeing Leader P-6 (12 periods/cycle), Wellness Program (3 periods/cycle) + some classroom teaching Fixed Term commencing Term 2, 2025 or earlier by negotiation to the end of the 2026 School year This role provides the opportunity to develop, implement and lead wellbeing programs, create a supporting and inclusive environment where students feel safe, valued, and empowered, working closely with teachers, parents, and support teams to ensure a holistic approach to student wellbeing. About You A four-year teaching qualification or equivalent and eligibility for Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration with education Hold a Post Graduate degree in educational management / leadership / student wellbeing / administration or relevant area or working towards this would be desirable Experience providing a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel empowered to reach their full potential Demonstrated capacity to foster independence, resilience and responsibility in students Demonstrated ability to lead teams in designing and implementing appropriate programs and curriculum Be part of a supportive School community that values innovation, collaboration, and lifelong learning.
