Air Locker Training is a high-altitude, group fitness studio that uses simulated altitude technology to enhance performance, accelerate recovery, and maximize results. It combines strength, conditioning, and functional training in a controlled low-oxygen environment, helping members boost endurance, burn more calories, and improve overall fitness efficiency. Air Locker Balcatta offers expert coaching, a supportive community, and cutting-edge training methods to help individuals of all fitness levels push their limits and achieve their goals. Role Description The Studio Manager is responsible for driving membership growth, managing studio operations, and ensuring an exceptional member experience. During classes, the Studio Manager assists the Head Coach to enhance session quality and engagement, ensuring members receive the best possible training experience. Outside of classes, the focus shifts to sales, marketing, and administrative tasks to grow the studio’s membership base and streamline operations. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong sales skills, a passion for fitness, and the ability to create a welcoming and high-energy community.
