Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a passion for health and wellness? We are looking for a motivated Studio Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, drive membership growth, and enhance the client experience across our wellness studios in Sydney. About the Role: As a Studio Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales, customer engagement, and business development. Your goal is to create a welcoming and high-energy environment that attracts new clients while retaining existing members. Key Responsibilities: Drive membership sales and revenue growth through strategic outreach and marketing initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to foster retention and referrals. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets. Oversee all marketing, digital marketing and advertising campaigns. Collaborate with the studio team to enhance the customer experience and promote services. Analyse sales performance data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Represent the studio at community events and networking opportunities. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the wellness, fitness, or hospitality industries. Good knowledge and User Experience with MindBody Lead Funnel and Marketing Platform CRM, Loyal Snap and HubSpot. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive business growth. Passion for health, wellness, and creating a positive community atmosphere. Remuneration: We offer a competitive salary and commission structure to reward performance: Base Salary: $75,000 AUD per year Commission: 5% commission on new membership sign-ups and corporate wellness deals Quarterly Performance Bonuses: $500 bonus for exceeding membership targets by 10% $1,000 bonus for securing two corporate wellness deals per quarter Complimentary studio membership (valued over $2,000+ per year) 50% discount on additional wellness services (massages, coaching, retreats) Annual Professional Development Allowance ($1,000 for sales, marketing, or leadership courses) Flexible work arrangements (remote-friendly for admin & sales tasks) Extra wellness leave days (bonus leave day per quarter for exceeding targets) Alternatively, a lower base salary with a higher commission model is available for highly sales-driven candidates: Base Salary: $65,000 AUD per year Higher commission (10%) on memberships and corporate wellness deals Larger quarterly performance bonuses ($2,000 for exceeding goals) This package ensures that strong performance is rewarded while offering excellent professional and wellness benefits.
