Job Responsibilities Determining special promotions, stock levels, and service standards. Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices. Depending on market trends, holiday periods, and special events. Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services. Maintaining records of stock levels and managing financial transactions. Discussing business strategy with head office and undertaking budgeting for the store. Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Training team (employees) in business standards and policies. SALARY Package Salary $72,475 ($65,000 + 11.5% Super) or Part-time equivalent. BENEFITS Career path and portable skills development. Competitive salary & Flexibility. Laptop. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Experience working in the fast food industry (Subway/manager or supervisor experience will be given preference). Positive, energetic, and hardworking. Basic computer knowledge. Flexibility with working hours (note: at least 1 morning shift, 1 night shift, and 1 weekend shift is a must). Team building ability. Ability to work under pressure. MUST HAVE Proof of Australian Citizenship / Permanent Resident. Valid Australian Driver's License. National Police Check - certificate. Food safety supervisor training certificate.
