Subway Shamim Group is looking for an experienced Manager to join their team in the Wodonga VIC . This role will suit a professional, highly motivated, operations-focused applicant who has had previous Management experience and is flexible to work in different areas across Wodonga VIC . The individual will be focused on the delivery of Subway Standards, can motivate a team & maintain the KPIs set by HQ. Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain WH&S standards within the restaurant Ensure security is strictly adhered to at all times Set goals and action plans for the Restaurants Implementation and follow-up of Food Safety procedures Ability to achieve financial budgets Coach and lead teams to reduce food costs within the store Oversee rosters within the region while maintaining labour goal Coaching new Managers to lead great teams Working under the Assistant General Manager and General Manager on all Operational changes and advise Skills and Experience: Ability to demonstrate results/performance The ability to train and develop team members Proven staff management and leadership skills A hands-on approach Impeccable presentation and clear, concise communication A focus on policies and procedures A passion for delivering high standards of customer service Must have the right to work in Australia Holds a valid Australian Drivers License and has access to a car Police Check Salary and Benefits: $70,000 + 11.5% SUPER Substantial training and professional development!
