Job Responsibilities Determining special promotions, stock levels, and service standards Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices Adjusting strategies based on market trends, holiday periods, and special events Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services Maintaining records of stock levels and managing financial transactions Discussing business strategy with head office and undertaking budgeting for the store Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations Training team (employees) in business standards and policies SALARY Package Salary: $72,475 ($65,000 + 11.5% Super) part-time equivalent.
